Job Description



  • Accounting, Controlling and Coordinating for maintaining of Accounts.

  • Preparation of monthly accounts, MIS and presenting the same to the management.

  • Preparation of Cash Flows statements.

  • Liaise with the external auditors, external tax advisors/ consultants, tax department and bankers on all financial and accounting issues.

  • Knowledge of Filing TDS, TCS, GST, Income Tax & PT Returns.

  • Finalization of Accounts, and ensuring compliance with Companies Act; Accounting

  • Standards & Guidance Notes issued by ICAI..

  • Timely Ledger Scrutiny to ensure the accuracy of Accounting entries.

  • Handling Income Tax matters/scrutiny.

  • Determination of tax liability, handling Tax Planning matters, Financial Planning and Analysis Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and assisting auditors in their inquiries.
